Customers are responsible for properly packing personal belongings unless packing services are requested. Valuable or fragile items should be disclosed in advance. We are not responsible for items packed by the customer.

While we take utmost care in handling your belongings, Reliable & Moving Services is not liable for damages caused by improper packing, natural disasters, or unforeseen circumstances. Claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
6. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control. However, we will make every effort to complete your move on time.
7. Prohibited Items
Customers must not include hazardous materials, flammable items, illegal goods, or perishable items in shipments.
